Beautiful property with endless dining options, kind staff, and multiple pools available for relaxation! The serene atmosphere by the beach was simply exhilarating!

Nighttime noise from the club kept me from sleeping well! My room was located on an unadvised floor, making the experience quite unpleasant.

The room was spacious with a super comfy bed, and the waitress by the pool was fantastic, really attentive and friendly. I loved chilling out in the cabana and taking a dip in the beautiful outdoor pool. My only gripe was that the menu at the restaurant was a bit limited for dinner, but overall, it was a great stay! 🌴

The luxurious linens on the king-sized bed were absolute perfection after a long day! The beauty of the beach and pool were breathtaking 😍, though the dining options felt overpriced for the quality.

The live music and themed dinner nights were amazing! Yasenia's customer service saved my trip with a room upgrade.

The stay had a beautiful location with access to a lovely beach. The pool area was enjoyable and the staff was friendly. I appreciated the comfortable cabana experience at the pool.

The food and drinks were expensive and the quality did not match the price. I felt that the atmosphere could use improvement, as it seemed a bit lackluster.

It was just a suitable option for a city escape in San Juan with a great value-to-price ratio. The valet staff, Ricky and Angelo, were incredibly helpful with recommendations for places to visit and eat. Just be prepared to get your own drinks by the pool since the service is lacking, especially during busy times.

The cabana by the pool was comfortable, but the room fridge was empty.

Loved the pools and the spa! Plenty of activities to keep you entertained, and the vibe was fabulous.

Room was like a sauna—guess I didn’t need a spa after all!

i really loved staying at fairmont. the location was perfect, with stores and restaurants nearby. the staff, especially marisol, went out of their way to make sure our family rooms were close together. the pool area was amazing with in-pool bars, and the beach was right there. well & being's fitness classes were a major highlight too!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, but

the room cleanliness left something to be desired. There were areas in the bathroom that needed more attention, which was disappointing. Overall, though, the pool area was fantastic and we enjoyed our time relaxing by the water.

The room was spacious and super comfortable. I loved the ambiance and how clean everything was. The bed felt like a cloud, which made for a great night’s sleep. The layout was pretty nice too, with a cool view. No complaints about the space itself!

This hotel suits me perfectly, offering excellent amenities like beach access, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff was incredibly helpful during my first stay, taking care of my elderly parents. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

The pools were awesome, and beach access was a dream! Plus, the fitness center was really well-equipped. The best part? The head of security went above and beyond when I left my son's favorite pillow. He hand-delivered it to me at the airport! Such a relief!

The room had a balcony, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The pools were awesome, with a swim-up bar and plenty of sun loungers. The staff was incredible, especially the spa team offering amazing treatments. The beach access was perfect, and dining was great at the casual poolside spot.
